“safe and undisturbed”

“It was a nice hotel for the price. Nice location!”

“This hotel could use some upgrades. Smells of feet and is stale. Chipped furniture, no microwave in room and no onsight restaurant do not sure why microwave is on the first floor with the ice and no in-room microwave, no streaming or casting and like 5 channels, no isb and one plug beside one bed in a double, poor lighting, carpet smells. It got like 1984. Breakfast is okay but was much better a few years ago when we stayed. This is my third time staying but I doubt I return,”

“The staff was very friendly and customer service oriented. Our room was lacking a clothes rod and we had no hot water in the shower but had hot water in the sink. We stayed on the 3rd floor and it was a nice, quiet stay. The hallway on the first floor , the elevator and 3rd floor had the strongest marijuana smell I have ever experienced. It did not cross in to our hotel room but it triggered a migraine headache. I don’t know if I will be rebooking at this property. I typically stay at the nearby……

“It was a pleasant trip”

“Avoid if you can!!! The staff was excellent!! The room was horrible and they charge the same price as Residence Inn, 2 blocks away ( where I usually stay, but this trip, they didn't have a room) The room odor was sooooooo bad, I used an entire bottle of Febreze pet odor eliminator, thank goodness the window opened. The room had zero supplies, you had to ask for anything you needed. The room was in complete disrepair... my shoes stuck to the kitchen and bathroom floors. The shower looked like……

“Wifi and T.V. are out of works for several days..,”

“24 hour coffee right off the elevator in the lobby. Nice!!!”

“Generally is very good and I would definitely choose to stay here in future. Nonetheless I'd like to bring up two things: 1. No safe in the room. It'd be great if safe is available. 2. On Jun 5 morning, the breakfast was short of meat, omelettes, and yogurt. The juice seemed to be out of order as only water came out of it. If there is a shortage of food or dysfunction of equipment, I suggest that they put a notice so we knew what was going on.”

“A wonderful stay as always at a Hampton! The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast offerings were great. The location of the hotel was very convenient for my husband and I while on our honeymoon. The rooms were clean and the hotel was nice and quiet. It was also close by to a few restaurants. Great stay!”
