Yes room was good. Staff were courteous. When i got to hotel i was told my booking had been cancelled. If i wanted a room i had to pay at the hotel which was more than what i was originally quoted. Location of hotel was good. Near the metro tram and mamaray. Restaurants near by. Gulhane bazaar 2 min walk.

All were excellent. Staff, Services, Their Characters Particularly the manager Mr. Memet, Coner, Mohammed and Mrs Narmin. They were so friendley that I still remember their names. The alley where this hotel is in is a little out dated but it has nothing to do with this Hotel and their staff. Actually they are so good that you totally forget about these weak point. Totally I'd recomend this hotel if you deserve respect.

The staff were very kind and professional, and the overall service was excellent. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was perfect with a good variety of fresh options every morning. The location was also very convenient and made it easy to access nearby shopping malls and other attractions. Overall, it was a very pleasant and safe stay, and we truly appreciate the hospitality.
