La construcción es endeble, se escuchan ruidos en todas partes desde otras habitaciones. Y el wi fi espantoso. Casi nunca funcionó. Para destacar el desayuno.

Estimado Alejandro, lamentamos que haya tenido inconvenientes con Internet. Chalten no cuenta con fibra óptica aun (la próxima temporada debería ya haber sido instalada en el pueblo) y por tal motivo la conexión puede ser intermitente. El hotel cuenta con la mejor conexión y velcidad disponible. Respecto de la construcción es de lo más sólido que existe y por tal motivo resiste tan bien el clima y los fuertes vientos. En alta temporada con el hotel lleno naturalmente hay mucho movimiento en el hotel y claramente hay más ruido en pasillos y habitaciones. Le agradecemos su comentario y que nos haya elegido. Todo el hotel es excelente! Muy recomendable solo que x pandemia no pudimos disfrutar los servicios de Spa…. La pileta muy linda y necesaria para recuperar pilas

This hotel has the best WiFi in all of El Chalten. Wherever we went it was so bad. The views are like no other because the hotel sits on top of a hill. Service was excellent, especially from Florencia who helped me practice my Spanish. We had dinner here one night and food was spectacular. Our stay was very memorable

I could not recommend this hotel enough! The service and amenities were perfect from the second we arrived. They had fresh juice and cookies in the lobby that hit the spot after a long day of travel to get there. Everything was clean and cozy all throughout the hotel and common spaces. The valley view room was one of the best views we’ve ever had in a hotel room. The welcome drinks in the lobby were an amazing way to start our trip. And their support to help you plan your hikes is very appreciated. I also have to highlight Florencia at the front desk, she was one of the main reasons we had such an amazing time. We looked forward to seeing her every evening and she was approachable and so lovely.

The staff was super helpful and responsive. The on-staff mountain guide helped us plan our hiking around the weather to get the best experience possible. Restaurant was fantastic.

Could walk to start several excellent hikes, right from the hotel. Easy walk to many restaurants in town. Fabulous ambulance, very helpful staff. In addition, they had a guide. Ignacio, available every evening to give advice. He was super helpful! This place was the best value of everywhere we stayed in Patagonia.

Definitely the best hotel in El Chalten!
Amazing hotel in El Chaltén! First, the room view to the valley/mountains is astonishing!!! The room is spacious and comfortable, the staff is super friendly and helpful, the services (including hot stones massage) are amazing, and the breakfast is delicious. I recommend!

Beautiful and clean hotel located against a stunning backdrop. Rooms were spacious. Staff was extremely helpful in making dinner or transportation reservations and hiking recommendations. Breakfast buffet was delicious as was dinner the night we ate in. Wished we could have stayed longer.

3-night El Chalten stay
This place is great! Views from the room were unbeatable, the bar + restaurant were quite good, and the spa (hot tubs + saunas) was a huge bonus, especially after long hikes. But mostly the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, and gave us a ton of advice about hikes, restaurants, etc...

This is almost a 5-star hotel. They give free drinks and free fresh fruits every day. The hotel is beautiful and cozy. It also has a very nice restaurant. After a long hike, you will thank that you have this nice hotel to return to.

Absolutely stubbing views. The staff were extremely helpful and nice. When we mentioned it was our honeymoon, we got a complementary bottle of Champagne. Nothing like jumping in a hot tub with a great view after a whole day of hiking. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice stay in El Chalten.

The staff was exceptional. They helped with several pre-trip questions. They were very friendly and nice - the check in process was excellent. The airline lost our luggage and they volunteered a couple of trekking poles that were a big help on our 15 mile hike the first day. The food was good and the view was excellent.

Beautiful property with easy access to main hiking trails. Our room had the view of Fitz Roys and the village. Picture perfect. We did some research on hikes before arriving but really appreciated that they had a very knowledgeable Concierge (Nacho) on staff. He helped us plan our hikes for the day. Excellent masseuse. She knew what to so with people dealing with sciatica pain. Food was good. The only complaint is that we couldn’t control the room temperature. It got too hot for us at night but we couldn’t open the window due to fierce wind. Enjoy the stay and we definitely will recommend this place to our friends.

This hotel exceeded all expectations. Everyone who works there goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. Any hiking questions you have anyone at the front desk can answer and offer suggestions. The box lunch you can purchase is massive and delicious and well worth the price. The rooms are great. Breakfast is delicious. We ate one night in the restaurant and it was very good. Can’t say enough great things about this hotel. This is the place to stay in El Chalten

Marciano (sp?) Was fantastic!!! From the minute we walked in he made us feel at home. We had a large group and he made sure everyone was taken care of. His knowledge of the hiking routes, and best times was spot on. The hotel, the town, the hiking, the people made this a group favorite 😍

Valentina and Mariano in reception were very helpful and welcoming. Lula and Majo in the restaurant were incredible. Also, the rest of the staff from the bar to room service to the spa were exceptional. And be sure to talk to Ignacio before you start your trekking. He is an amazing and knowledgeable person.

Amazing property and location. Can't speak more highly of the staff and the help they provided for our hiking while in El Chalten. The restaurant on site is quite incredible with a delicious wine list!

Great property - easy access to some trails. Only negative- not walkable to bus stop if you have luggage due to road to hotel is on a hill and all gravel.
