Mi familia y yo realizamos el check in un sábado por la tarde y dejamos nuestras pertenencias para salir de compras, al volver en la noche al hotel, la empleada encargada le asignó nuestra habitación a unos jóvenes los cuales tenían una fiesta, estaban consumiendo alcohol y fumando dentro de la habitación, ellos sacaron nuestras pertenencias y las dejaron en la recepción. Al realizar el reclamo en recepción teníamos faltantes en nuestras pertenencias, y los jóvenes no asumieron haberlas retirado, por lo que tuvo que intervenir el gerente echándolos del hotel, nos dieron una habitación nueva, pero la experiencia fue terrible! No recomiendo hospedarse ahí, aparte de que el hotel está en pésimas condiciones, cero mantenimiento.

La ubicacion es perfecta, pero la habitación tenia desperfectos, la puerta del baño se atoro la cerradura, no salio agua caliente, agarradera de la puerta de acceso a la bañera estaba suelta (caida), la alfombra del cuarto se veia sucia... pague 60 usd para estar 5 hrs y pues sirvio para dormir.

Pésimo mal Servicio desde la Recepcion hasta el Aseo que nunca lo hicieron tv sin control sin cafetera sin plancha etc etc

El hotel está muy deteriorado, sus instalaciones en pésimas condiciones, las alfombras sucísimas, el desayuno sin opciones (ni pan había?.. únicamente el personal amable… pero le URGE remodelación
