The only issue we had was the bed was broken and collapsed. Theses things happen, but the man on duty—who was extraordinarily nice and helpful—was alone so we had to help him exchange the platform and carry it down the stairs. Otherwise it was a lovely stay.
All excellent except restaurant was closed and evening meal selection was very very limited! Despite that stlll an excellent and accommodating hotel and good breakfast selection .

This hotel is in an excellent position overlooking the beach in El Sardinero, Santander. The room was excellent, with little noise being heard between rooms except for our neighbour's high heeled shoes.
We always use this hotel because it is consistently good- there was a problem with the tv - we reported it at midnight’ish when we got in. They thanked us but it has not been replaced. This is not a big problem as only stopping one night.
The rooms are nice and the beds are very big. Less then 5 min walk to the beach!
