The main house offers 6 bedrooms (6 full beds, 3 queen beds, 4 bunk beds), while the guest house has 1 king bedroom and 2 sleeper sofas. The estate sleeps up to 26 guests comfortably. Enjoy luxury amenities like a 12-person Swim Spa Hot Tub, heated pool, 16-seat movie theater, air hockey, pool table, fire pits, and a lit yard. The Space:

The guest house includes its own kitchen, dining area, office, and living room, making it ideal for multi-family stays or groups needing a bit of separation.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire estate—including both the main house and guest house, the heated pool, hot tub, theater, game rooms, and expansive outdoor areas. The only off-limits space is the detached garage.

During the day, enjoy a game of horseshoes or cornhole, take a swim, or shoot hoops on the professional-grade basketball hoop. As evening sets in, gather around the fire pit or slip into the hot tub for a starlit soak.

Please make sure your reservation accurately represents the number of people staying on the property. There may be extra per person/per night fees, even after check-in. The base price of the house is based on 16 people. Each person after that is $100 per night.
To ensure guest safety and enhance liability measures, we kindly request a complete list of guest names, including ages, as well as a list of vehicles with their corresponding license plate numbers for the reservation. Thank you for your cooperation.
