Perfect for a group of 4 or a small family looking for a beach getaway! Your family or group will have the luxury of a resort experience just walking, biking or golf carting distance from everything Emerald Isle has to offer. This oceanview condo boasts stellar ocean views and just a short walk to the beach or one of the two pools in this safely gated community. You can also close off the living room via a door to transform the living room into a second bedroom.

~800 Sq Ft nearly beachfront, ocean view condominium, lots of new finishes, light and airy, even some retro decor, TVs in every room, and an oceanfront patio with furniture for relaxing.

Great location right on the beach and with a nice pool on property. The condo is very nicely decorated with a well stocked kitchen. The only thing I would change or hope would have been a little better is the patio furnishings are simple chairs so not very comfortable at all. It would be nice to be able to comfortably lounge in that space.

Great condo in an excellent location. It's on the first floor, but you do need to take stairs or elevator to get to it. Loved having easy access to the private beach and the two pools. Both pools were nice and never crowded. King-sized bed was very comfortable, but it takes up a lot of space in the bedroom. Luckily the living area has lots of space. Balcony has an assortment of chairs and a couple small tables, rather than the two lounge chairs in the photo. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo had not been cleaned when we arrived after 4 pm; had to call the rental company to get the cleaning company. The property needs a lot of work. There is no lock on the sliding door; the owner provided a wooden rod to place in the slider. The bathroom door from the hallway creaks you you open it and the other bathroom door sticks; you have to slam it to close it. The storm door whistled like a tea kettle when the wind blew. There was absolutely no place to store groceries. All the kitchen cabinets were jam packed. The view was beautiful but the furniture was not as pictured online. There were no lounge chairs, only plastic furniture. Very disappointing.

The property was exactly as listed! I was actually shocked how big the space was. Everything was stocked and ready for my family. Several residents knew the owner (Jamie) and were super friendly and helpful!

Enjoyed our stay!

I loved this little place. It looked just like the photos, the community is so nice and very quiet. Had an easy beach access and pool access. I would definitely recommend staying here and I wouldn’t mind to stay here again!

The unit was OK. The view was great, decent location but if you are hauling something on wheels down to the beach you will want to use the ramp and stairs to the left side of the building instead of the closer stairs to the right. Makes the walk longer but easy to manage bc fewer stairs. No issues using the elevator to get to the unit. The shower curtain needed to be replaced. It was yellow and disgusting. That’s my biggest complaint!! The water pressure in the shower was on point though they may want to consider replacing the shower head, it works but looks kind of rough. The firm mattress was amazing. The TV in the living room had a poor picture quality and seems damaged. Other than that, it was a great unit. Thanks!

May Vacation

The deck was disappointing, not clean, it was all wet when we arrived, 1 rusty small table and a dirty plastic table provided. Not conducive to enjoying a snack and beverage on the deck while enjoying the view…Strong smell of pot one night from a neighbor. The unit itself was fine for the two of us but was surprised at no liquid dish soap available and only 1 roll of tp provided, sheets were rather scratchy, towels were wonderful, very soft. I feel like for the price; we were underwhelmed.

We enjoyed our stay. We had a few issues and the management handled them promptly and was very responsive. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The view was amazing the walk to the beach was easy. We would stay again!

Great location steps from the beach, was quiet area. Didn't know we needed gate pass, no email on obtaining that so getting in was frustrating. No oven mits, hair dryer, trivet, scissors or screen for slider door. Appliances run loud. Best just for 2 people

Good to be home again

We had a home for 20 years on EI which we sold due to parents illness. We loved our stay this week it was like coming home. The condo was wonderful with a beautiful beach view. We got to visit family and friends. We will stay there again. We made wonderful memories. Thank you so much for your kindness

Great for a short getaway

We came down for 2 nights. The check in process was seamless. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the building had an elevator which was great for luggage. The view was great and the balcony and living room were both a lot bigger than the pictures made it seem. Another great surprise. Close to shopping and dining and a short walk through the complex to the beach. Would stay again

Great getaway to Emerald Isle

This was a well appointed and well laid out condo walking distance to the beach. Bedroom is separated by a closed bathroom and the living room is on the opposite side providing an opportunity to be up while someone else sleeps. Bed was very comfortable and the owner/manager was very reachable. They do not provide beach things so you’ll need to bring those. The only recommendation I’d have for the owner is to have Kleenex in the bathroom and maybe a hair dryer. But otherwise, this is where we will stay when we come back!

Emerald Isle stay - party of two

Great location to enjoy the beach and local restaurants on Emerald Isle. The unit was comfortable for the two of us and was safe and quiet even though in a large complex. We would definitely consider returning to stay again.

Perfect for a small family!

We LOVE Emerald Isle. My husband and I actually got engaged on the beach here. We normally stay at The Islander, but with our 2 under 2 we decided to venture out from the norm so we could enjoy some time alone in the evenings. This little spot did not disappoint. If you are looking for a place to stay that is clean, has a pool and easy beach access, this is the place to book! We will definitely be back.

Great little vacation!

It was our first beach trip as a family of 5! Three boys 8, 6 and 2! The accommodations were a perfect location and a great place to stay for the whole family. What a great beach access that was quiet and pretty private! We would love to come back in the future!

Little Gem get away Property

We loved our stay here! It was clean, and had all the comforts of home for a relaxing get away! So close to grocery shopping and restaurants! The best thing is that from the patio/balcony you can hear the ocean and there is a beautiful view from the balcony. We will be back!
