- The Wynne House is two blocks from the beach walking, is very comfortable, and will make you feel as if you were home. You can hear the sound of the crashing waves coming from the ocean, you can enjoy the sunset, on the terrace, with a full bathroom for your comfort. My house is in Playas de Chapultepec near Estero Beach. 10 minutes from the house features many entertaining attractions like movie theaters, restaurants, and casinos as well as Walmart, Starbucks Coffee, Costco, Staples, and Applebee's.
It's also near many attractions such as La Bufadora which is only 30 minutes, near the main street Jose Maria Morelos Y Pavon restaurants, OXXO, taquerias, markets, Calimax , Behind my house Corona beach, Faro beach 5 minutes, The house is 15 minutes away from downtown Ensenada and 10 minutes from the large Marco Plaza. my house is in Playas de Chapultepec, 8 minutes from Costco Walmart, gas station is located on the main highway five minutes away. Estero Beach Resort and bar, El Faro and Corona Beach are also close by
