“We had a really wonderful stay at the Arcotel during our time in Vienna. The whole place felt very modern and clean, which we appreciated as soon as we walked in. One of the best features was the option for self-check-in and check-out; it made the whole process so quick and seamless, though the staff was still right there to be helpful. Every time we had a question, they were quick to address it with a great attitude.

“The hotel is easy to find, it’s right next to Tram station (No 2 or 12) and 5 min. Walk to the train station to / from airport. The room is clean, and spacious. The coffee and tea at the lobby is free flow. Staffs are very nice and helpful. I left my scarf in the lobby last night and I managed to find it from the list & found. Definitely highly recommended! ”

“really one of the worst hotels i have ever stayed at. (and I've stayed in hundreds.....). Dirty rooms, rusty and broken bathroom sink... and unhelpful staff. and some staff were actually unfriendly...
No room amenities = no coffee , no hair conditioner....
... and (final straw....) they did not inform us that their lobby was under renovation which meant we had to drag our luggage up and down a steep set of outdoor stairs to their basemnt whete they had set up a temporary reception...”
