“Great place to stay”

“Very nice studio apartment. I really liked the separate private yard area outside the apartment. Comfortable bed. Nice amenities in the kitchen area. Quiet neighborhood. Great communication with hosts. Overall a really good place to land if you’re in the San Diego area. Would/will stay here again.”

“This property worked well for our visit to CA. Judy and Beau made us feel welcome and safe at this property. We were in town for a sports event not far away from Cardiff and this worked well for myself and two kids. The home was well stocked with the home away from home items to assist in our stay. Their communication was great and they are so kind and responsive. We would definitely stay again if we return to the area. Thank you for having us!”

“This is our second time staying at this location. It has everything we needed, and it was so nice not to have to drive anywhere if we did not want to. We look forward to coming again in the future.”

“A quiet and nice room made for an easy stay, thoroughly enjoyable.”

“Beautiful cozy place to stay for two, everything was clean and pool was amazing to go in during the hot day would definitely come back if visiting San Diego again.”

“Nice spacious 1 bed room apartment in very nice area ”

“Great to grab a late night snack from the vending machine. Very useful after a long day of meetings.”

“The room was clean and there was a small fridge but there were no utensils”

“It was listed as an apartment vrbo but it was a bare room in an old Motel 6. There wasn’t a coffee pot, microwave or mini refrigerator which are things I would expect in an apartment. Had I seen the property before I booked it, I would have stayed somewhere else. Very disappointed. I only stayed one night instead of two.”

“Really nice area, perfect for a group get together!”

“The area around the hotel is awesome for quick walks, and the room was super comfy and tidy. Very pleased!”

“Overall, a really nice experience for my business trip. The room was cozy and clean, and the staff made everything easy from check in to checkout. I'd come back anytime!”

“Having a fridge in our room helped keep snacks fresh throughout our visit.”

“Bathroom hygiene stood out along with a great shower that made me feel satisfied here.”

“Appreciated that the TV remote actually had batteries ready to use instead of needing to hunt for them somewhere! That little detail made switching channels quicker after long days out exploring local spots like Torrey Pines nearby.”

“Good, clean, secure property. Had trouble entering the code. As written in the instructions, every input is registered as a number. Especially at night, this is challenging to find the correct digits as there is no background light on the keypad. Every touch is a digit, and at night (even with or without two Margaritas) that is problematic. A phone call to the host went to voicemail; called VRBO customer service and got a new code. If I were the host, I would get tired of late night calls and……

“Convenient location with secure parking and easy access to North San Diego County. Perfect for our small family on vacation.”

“This is a clean, well-equipped room that has everything you need for a solo traveler or a small family. The pool is a great bonus, and Karen is a wonderful host!”

“Absolutely loved it! So modern, well lit, with great views, and a SUPER comfty bed) I think the only thing that would have made it better is removing the landscaping tubs from the curb so the passenger of the vehicle can open their door, maybe a washer and dryer (but I knew there wasn’t a W/D to begins with). Thanks for the great stay!”
