“Exactly as described, excellent communication from host”

“House was roomy and in a great location. Plenty of room for 3 or more. Would definitely stay here again when visiting San Diego. Host communicated well.”

“My family just returned from our trip to San Diego where we stayed at this rental property. Just for context, it was my husband, myself, our three kids (ages 10, 12, and 14), and my mom who stayed at this property. Also for context, we have been staying at rental properties in the San Diego area all my life, so we are familiar with the areas and have a lot of experience with rentals. This property has a mix of 10/10 reviews and 4/10 reviews. We were specifically looking for a rental with a……

“This was our third straight year staying at this condo in Mission Beach, and once again, it did not disappoint. The location is excellent — just about a 30-second walk to the beach, with many restaurants nearby. It is also not too far from downtown San Diego, Balboa Park, Old Town, and many other great places to visit. The condo is very comfortable, kid-friendly, and truly feels like a home away from home. Annette has always been very responsive and helpful with any questions we’ve had, which……

“Great place, definitely will stay here again if possible.”

“The owner was present when we got here and helped in with check in process. I was able to check in a couple hours before the "official check in" time. The owner was very effective in communication and made a couple visits during my stay to replace defective equipment and to address some concerns which he took care of. The price of this condo is pretty high, but you are paying for LCOATION! Its located in prime location right on the boardwalk and only a 5 minute walk to the center of the……

“We loved this great house! The location was perfect, and the house was super comfortable. There were plenty of fans and along with the ocean breezes it was nice and cool. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you could need. It’s a great property!”

“Super location parking was easy. This place had everything you need. Beach supplies, coffee, cream and sugar, Brita water filter, everything you need for the shower. Was great and the host was super responsive. Also the beds and pillows were AMAZING.”

“Amazing stay and the most lovely and accommodating host!! The location could not be more perfect and the views are insane! We loved having our coffee on the patio in the morning and also watching the sunset over the ocean with a glass of wine. Our three kids (7, 5 and 3) had the best time playing the games in the condo. The primary bed was so comfortable and we loved having a bathtub to bathe kiddos after a day of walking to and from the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped and we so appreciated……

“Great place. Would stay there again!”
