“This property was amazing! I was glad when Mimi told us that the condo was fully stocked. Believe me, this condo is truly FULLY stocked! We had so much fun boogie boarding at the beach, lounging in the chairs, using the umbrellas, and (most of all) playing tennis with the provided tennis rackets and balls. There is also a big variety of games, puzzles and books if you need some downtime inside. The set up was perfect for our group (teens had their own space upstairs, adults enjoyed the 2 king……

“Wow, the perfect beach front condo. Unbelievable views, awesome property, couldn't be more happy with our stay. Everything you could possibly need is there. Only gripes would be poor water pressure, master bed a little too firm, and going up the stairs from beach is a serious workout. But this is all forgotten, and more made up for by the magnificence of this condo, and its location.”

“Four of us enjoyed our stay. We were there for a wedding and the house was centrally located for all of the venues we visited. Although we didn’t cook or eat at the house, the kitchen is well stocked. The provided coffee bar was a nice bonus. The neighborhood is quiet. There is an AC unit in the main part of the house but not the bedrooms. With the windows open there is a nice breeze in the bedrooms. The 2 parking places provided are a great addition. The owners were easy to contact and provided……

“We really enjoyed our stay in Solana Beach. The condo was very clean, and we appreciated the updated, beach decor and vibe. The beds were comfortable with nice pillows, sheets and blankets. There were plenty of new towels in each of the bathrooms along with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and there is a nice grill available, however it didn’t seem to get as hot as we would have liked. The washer and dryer worked well. “Great stay. Host was super friendly and always available for anything we needed. Everything was as described. Location is stunning and only a short distance to lots of things. We caught the train into San Diego one day to watch a Padres game and drove to the San Diego zoo another. Loads in and around Solano Beach. Great stay. Thank you”

“This is our second year staying at this beautiful unit! It’s absolutely perfect for a family- plenty of space to be together and also to have some time apart :). The kitchen is huge and well stocked with every thing you need to cook at home (or take meals in). There are plenty of beach toys (surf boards, boogie boards, etc) and the unit is updated and just very comfortable. I also will say that Warren, the property manager, is amazing. He is super responsive. I’ve rented properties through him……

“Our family of 8 adults were all comfortable and had plenty of space. The house is in a great location with easy access to the beach and walking distance to Del Mar area restaurants.The only recommendation would be to improve the beach chairs, umbrella toys. Most of what is there isn’t useable. But overall a great stay and we would visit again.”

“Had a great time in this great and convenient vacation rental. Had everything we needed to make our vacation enjoyable. The kids loved how close it was to the beach and all the pools. The property manager was great to deal with and answered all our questions timely. ”

“Our House was being painted so decided to book something fun for the week. Our 3 and 1 year old had an absolute blast. It rained 2 of the days so we were stuck inside but other than that most time was spent on the beach. Didn’t have to lug lots of stuff. Could just walk back and grab what’s needed. Quite, peaceful neighborhood, kids lived the train going by ever so often. Would book again if time comes. ”

“Amazing location literally steps from the beach, and also a close walk to our favorite dog beach. House was spotless, super cute and. had everything we needed and more. Aside from that, which is really already enough for us to rebook - the hosts were amazing. Amazing communication before and throughout. We managed to somehow lock ourselves out of the bathroom and they came over right away to help us. We also forgot my son’s stuffy, and they offered to mail it back to us free of charge. A truly……
