“This is a fine and basic spot. If you want a simple place to stay in great walkable location this is fantastic. It has a parking spot, yet a bit tight to get in, so that is a plus. The furniture was simple and basic, but if you aren't going to be in the unit most of the time it won't be an issue. Yes, there is a train that runs at ALL times of day. “Very comfortable for our group of 8. Plenty of room for privacy and also gathering as a group. Excellent location near beach and restaurants. BUT since our family cooked each night there was not enough dishes (only 8) really needed 20, and better pots & pans would be appreciated. NO dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, bath gel or other normal items found in B & B provided. Only blocks from train that ran until 1 and then started at 6 in morning. None the less we would rent again.”

“We stayed in Carlsbad for four days. Our unit was on the second floor across the highway from the ocean. The view was fantastic. There are steps to access the beach right in front of unit and you can hear the waves crashing at night. Beach is very walkable and walk to town is about ten minutes and is a very nice town. Would stay again. Easy check in and out, never saw the property manager.”

“My family had a wonderful stay and we were pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to unload and take in our luggage and food and then park in the gated garage (LOVE THIS with little kids). Beds were comfortable and everything clean. For us, we did like the fact that we could hear the kids in their room so we could check in and make sure they got some sleep, although others may not want that. “In spite of heavy rain (atmospheric river) twice during stay, earthquakes close by and tornado warnings for San Diego (which never materialized) we had a wonderful three weeks in Carlsbad. The condo was so very comfortable, very clean and location was excellent. Quick walk to the fantastic beach was definitely a plus. After a day of being out we always loved coming back to the serenity of the complex. Checkin was uneventful and it was definitely a plus to have parking so close and be on ground……
