"We enjoyed our stay and the property was spacious and fairly clean. The gated community definitely added a sense of safety and peace, which I really appreciated.That said, the home could use a bit of TLC. The walls are noticeably dirty and could benefit from a fresh coat of paint. Also, while the rooms were roomy, the king-size beds were unfortunately quite uncomfortable. "We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo. The best part is the fabulous rooftop deck- plenty of comfortable seats, big table and grill and a really nice fire pit. We also found the beds comfortable, and the kitchen was large and easy to use for all of us. The condo was clean and has lovely big windows. It is in a very convenient location to the Gulch, 12S area, and not far from Broadway. It is in an up-and-coming neighborhood near Belmont. Overall, we had a great stay!"

"Booked this hotel for 4 nights, in town for the CMA fest. The good, the location is great close to restaurants and right off 12 South. The bad, after day two, we were coming back from lunch and approaching our room, there was this roach at least 2 inches crawling by our door to get in our room. My boyfriend has an umbrella in hand and it was above the door. He swatted it, landed on the carpet and he stepped on it and killed it. I was so freaked out by the size of that thing I literally could barely breathe. At the end of the hall was a housekeeper and she came over and had a broom and a plastic thing to pick it up. She acted like it was normal. I honestly never saw a bigger roach in my entire life. I told the girl at the check-in counter and she basically said they have an exterminator monthly.... not much to say but said she gets freaked out by them. Okay, the next two days I was like a sleuth in fear of seeing them in my room. Not good.. on a different note, the area rug carpet in there is absolutely filthy. If you aren't going to have clean them then at least get it out and not have it at all or offer disposable slippers. The shower wasn't clean as well. I don't recommend this hotel due to these factors, regardless of the location. I don't ever write reviews either, but this one was definitely warranted."

"Our one complaint was the limited variety of breakfast. We stayed a total of 8 nights and 6/8 of those days had the same breakfast. We are big breakfast fans so that was a let down. Otherwise, we had a great stay and the heated pool was a plus!"

"The room was gorgeous! It wasn’t cleaned on our first night which was a shame. The facilities were great but it’s quite a small hotel, there wasn’t breakfast anywhere that we could tell apart from the Starbucks. We ate out the whole time. The part that was really tricky is we were told that we would have our wrist bands for the last day to use the toilets and the pool area but as soon as we checked out we lost access to everything, and it turned out that we didn’t want to use the pool anyway as I had a stomach bug but I couldn’t access the toilets. So we spent the whole afternoon sat in the lobby asking for the reception person to open the toilets (which was super awkward) while waiting until the time for our taxi to the airport. This was such a downer on the last day (of course mostly because I was sick), but I was very disappointed that we couldn’t actually use the hotel facilities on the last day. Would I stay here again?… well the room was so lovely! But the lack of breakfast and the small pool area, and not so helpful staff on the last day… probably not , and it’s expensive … But the live music around the pool was fun, and it is decorated beautifully… circumstances maybe were a lot to do with my experience."
