Charming, unique, nice proprietors. Thin walls and could hear neighbors TV, heat in room was not great, and could have used a hair dryer (too cold to let hair air dry).

My husband and I fell upon this property for a one night stay on our trip home from Florida. The price was excellent and the property was equal to a Hampton Inn . The staff were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast room was warm and inviting and breakfast was full of good choices and delicious. Our room was spacious , clean and up to date. I highly recommend this property!

Room,amenities and crack in bathtub/shower floor and leaking. Mini-fridge leaking water on floor, bad stain on undersheet on one queen bed. room 39, bathroom floor freezing on feet unlike rest of room even with heat up high!
