Room,amenities and crack in bathtub/shower floor and leaking. Mini-fridge leaking water on floor, bad stain on undersheet on one queen bed. room 39, bathroom floor freezing on feet unlike rest of room even with heat up high!

Charming, unique, nice proprietors. Thin walls and could hear neighbors TV, heat in room was not great, and could have used a hair dryer (too cold to let hair air dry).

The good: Room was clean; loved the shower; great shampoo & conditioner
The not so good: There was no butter for the toast, English Muffins, etc.; there wasn't an extra roll of toilet paper in the room; the check-in clerk was not very friendly. I didn't like the way the side snack room was set up.
Not the fault of the hotel, but the Bayfront Parkway is under construction and I had a terrible time following the detour back to the hotel in the dark.
