Hotel was ok for a quick night stay. Was clean enough and felt safe. Desk attendants checked us in and upon going to the room we entered to a room that was occupied and full of personal belongings and a dog. We had to return to be assigned a new room but this is unacceptable and unsafe! We also were not offered any form of breakfast even though it said it was included with the stay.

Everything was good with our accommodations until my son woke up in the morning and there were crumbs of something in bed and all over his clothes. Obviously they never changed the sheets before our stay.

The room was nice and clean but much smaller than I expected. Would have been nice if the TV was mounted on the wall so I could actually use the desk in the room. The breakfast was dreadful. Muffins were stale and the orange juice was going bad. Not impressed.

Shower in cottage is quite small. My husband, who is small, felt cramped. Cabin itself is also very small. Sunset over the lake was probably the best we’ve ever seen.

There was no type of breakfast as stated including no coffee. Pillows were completely flat with hardly any stuffing. Asked for 3 more and kindly brought 3 decent ones. Room had carpet and not laminate flooring as stated. AC was not needed it was a cooler day. Shower was decent but only half dollar size soap discs .

"We didn't see much staff except front desk and the restaurant. Staff in restaurant were very fun and welcoming although the food was not good. We only had breakfast the first morning. The bed was very comfortable but there was no working hairdryer. The lighting at bathroom mirror was not substantial. ..."
