Sólo quiero comentar que el personal de recepción no tiene un control de atención al cliente. El check in era a las 3 de la tarde y me entregaron la habitación 85 minutos más tarde. La perilla de la puerta del baño ya se está cayendo. Hubo un día que el personal de limpieza no pasó a la habitación. De ahí en fuera todo estuvo excelente 👌

Club 89 is not a thing anymore. Do not spend the extra $$ for the experience. Restaurants closed on days for dinner when they are supposed to be open (frustrating for the all inclusive package). Wish these details were included on the website so we could plan our stay better. Had no idea what the all inclusive package included until arrival.
