Great front of house staff and very friendly too. The bathroom was unfortunately very dirty. Dirt all over the door and the ceiling full of dead flies. Apart from that the hotel itself is good and the food is delicious.

'Thermal suite' was a sauna and a steam room with basically no steam. One of the worst thermal suites i have been in. The hotel is clearly not maintained to a 5 star standard. Very disappointed. No proper bar in the hotel either, which was very strange. You could get a drink at your dinner table. ...
