“The property was clean, free of pests. The room was fine, nothing spectacular. Problems encountered: 1. The refrigerator could not make up its mind if it was going to freeze the fruit inside or melt the ice buildup in the back of the unit and flood the bottom. 2. The room was booked in advance, no last-minute booking. Arriving there is 1 towel, 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel. There was 4 of us staying there. You know what room you are giving to whom, prep the room accordingly. 3. The hallways……

“A couple negatives on arrival… the heat was on in the room (it was 95°+ outside that day) and the refrigerator had been turned off and water from the freezer thaw was draining onto the floor. Other than these two things, which I was able to correct myself, it was a good stay. The room was otherwise clean and spacious. The breakfast was ok. Overall a good value for the price.”

“The room was fantastic. Kitchenette came stocked with plates, bowls, cutlery, a pot and pan, dishwasher, microwave, and a full sized fridge and freezer. The water pressure in the shower wasn't the greatest but was manageable. It also included full sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner. The pool was great, though the pool room itself was like a sauna. The games area was awesome to have as the kids loved it there with the games and pool table. The breakfast left something to be desired though.……

“We stayed 3 nights breakfast was horrible all 3 days. Had to ask for simple things like toilet paper and our pillow cases changed room was never cleaned even after their 3 day policy. Staff- she was so helpful and kind. Super polite person only good experience about my stay”

“Loved the indoor pool and breakfast. The bed was amazing and handicap shower was super useful for my husband. The carpet was really disgusting and the furniture and decor in the room are dated and not plannef”

“Super clean hotel that was close to Hersheypark, the whole reason we ended up going. Staff was nice, whole place was quiet, pool and hottub were very well kept and really made the trip a lot better. Highly reccomend this place.”
