I arrived at the property but decided not to stay because the environment was not what I was looking for. I spoke with the person at the front desk, explained the situation, and was told……

“The room itself was ok, the bed was actually quite comfortable and it was clean. The outside was disgusting and there seems to be some interesting people that live there, pretty sure. They are right in front of the office sitting outside drinking beer or whatever, quietly (all night? Because they were there when we checked in and when we checked out at 7am). It’s a little creepy. Went to get some coffee in the morning and check out the breakfast only to find flies all over the bagels and……

“We initially booked this hotel for the pool, so that our kids could enjoy it while we attended an event. Unfortunately, the hotel is under renovation, so the pool was closed for the season for inspection. So that was disappointing. We booked five rooms for everyone. The TVs in the rooms weren't working, except for one. Our room had mold in the AC and we also had no bath soap. Also, I don't know why hotels give you only two towels, when you've indicated that there are four people in the room.……
