There are several restaurants nearby making it easy to go out to eat. Melissa and Kelly were friendly and responsive making everything very easy. Highly recommend staying in this beautiful condo!"

"This property was accurately advertised, unlike many properties on VRBO. The owner communicated and was available to answer any questions, although there were no issues. All the mechanical systems and appliances were working and the pool was clean and ready. This is a very nice beach property for larger groups. "

"This property sits right on the beach, we walked about 50 yards total across the parking lot and the boardwalk to the sand. By far the easiest haul of umbrellas and chairs we have ever made! The beaches are neither crowded nor deserted at this end of Fort Morgan, just nice and peaceful. We had zero problems with the townhouse, everything was ready when we arrived, and the air conditioning kept the place perfectly cool even though it got pretty hot outside. The house was clean and well cared for, and our host’s communication was above and beyond. She responded to any questions we had in less than an hour, and was always gracious and helpful. We will definitely return to rent from her in the future! "
