“Chelsea’s condo was clean and tastefully decorated. It is conveniently located, steps to the ski bus line. Chelsea is also a responsive host, which I appreciated.In her binder of information (unless the contents were revised since the time of this review) she asked to be notified of any concerns/needs to ensure a 5-star review.However, there were a couple of factors that warrant the rating in this review, and that could not have been remedied on short notice. The bed is so high off the ground you need a step stool to get in. There is a desk chair and another chair that is old and has no padding. There were 2 irons but no ironing board. “Great access to the ski lifts and the multiple hot tubs and sauna/steam rooms were very enjoyable. Our second floor room had a great view of the ski jumps from our balcony. The room was quite dated and water pressure issues created a very loud and exhausting noise during the entirety of the shower being used. The ceilings were also very thin and we were woken constantly at night and each morning by the 3rd floor residents. ”

“The staff at Zermatt are wonderful and friendly. The unit I rented needs refreshing and had a number of inconvenient issues that could be easily remedied by the host. For one, bedspreads, fitted sheets (queen beds with flat king sheets), and blankets (a thin blanket provided) would be welcome. Only one of the two burner stove-top worked. The unit looked out on a parking lot and big light and the curtains did not extend below the window sill and the light shined in the room at all hours. The……

“Check-in was very easy although it took us a few minutes to find the main office. The room was very clean and comfortable. It's close to Main Street, which made our stay really fun! The host was very respectful and courteous.”

“Excellent place! A little away from PCM (5min) and Main Street (7 min), but right on bus line. Not a negative as there are very good restaurants steps away, 7-11, grocery nearby as well as a hardware store if needed! Very quiet building during our stay. Parking, as described, is a little squirrelly, but manageable if you time it right! Condo is clean and well appointed, Beds are comfortable. In fact, entire unit is comfy. Boot dryer and complimentary hand warmers were a nice touch! Hot tub is……
