We appreciate this place so much for the friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, quiet facility, ample parking, free breakfast and amazing value! The pricing seems to be higher, probably due to "ski season" but my research shows that it is still amazing value for a room of this quality in a great location. We hope the rates go back down when it's not "winter". My Quote marks are because this winter ski season has been dismal at best. Keep up the good work, our friends at Crystal Inn Midvalley! "We have stayed at this hotel numerous times. Wonderful hotel, excellent rooms, great staff and good breakfast. Great location by the outlets and yummy Strap Tank in walking distance. Highly recommend. "

"No signs on building sp finding it was difficult. First room they gave us you couldn't close the door all the way to lock it. The carpets are disgusting everywhere, in halls and rooms. Graffiti was on the wall in the bathroom. We didn't try the breakfast considering how dirty the place is kept, they've never heard of a carpet cleaner. Even replacement room was dirty, the mattress was stained and dirty. I would never recommend this place. Run, no matter the deal hotel.com offers. If we weren't so tired from driving, we would've left to find a good hotel."
