“Everything about this property was absolutely spot on. I really liked the gym and the children's area along with a really casual place to watch games or TV. “The room was really nice and loved the area! My only issue was because we used Expedia the hotel said that they only help with check in but nothing else and I had to contact a different company with a phone number to get house cleaning or anything else. Unless there was a fire then they would assist us. Just felt like they are annoyed you are there without booking with the hotel themselves. The room was nice and the hot tub was perfect!”

“We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. The manager, Ethan told us there is no discuss on this. So basically we wasted at least 4 nights without actually staying in. Very upset about this attitude.”

“I liked this room, though I had specifically booked room 302 with a hill view and first ended up in a room with a parking lot view. I did get switched to the correct room eventually but not sure why the property didn’t know what room I booked until I showed them. It mattered to me. Rooms 302 and 304 have south (hill views) and 302 also has a view east, though the dumpster on that side gets used noisily in the early morning or late at night. The courtyard outside seems to be a gathering place……

“Clean, and convenient. No on site office but someone always answered to help using the office number. We were able to rent skis right in the resort area, and were right near a ski lift so the ski in ski out was super convenient. The view was spectacular. It was nice to have front row seats of the mountain. Bring an eye mask and ear plugs though because you will hear the grooming machines in the middle of the night and they have bright lights. WiFi signal was inadequate so we could not connect……
