The Propert was very clean. Its actually a flat let. It has a small kitchen with fridge, a table, sofa separate to the bedroom.
The only thing I want to call out is it’s very snug especially the shower. The shelf in the shower is to high for short people and no sufficient hooks to hang face clothes or towels. The bath towel is average. For a bigger person (size 12 and up), this be be annoying.
Other than that. It was nice and quiet. Mojo Market was on the door step for food and drinks. We didn’t have any issues with the noise levels.
Please note Sea point has some homeless people around. They didn’t bother us but just be mindful.

The room itself was lovely. small suite 2 Bedrooms
Lovely spot and staff OK
No chair in large double room
All 3 wardrobe doors sqeaked badly. Reported 4 times over 2 night stay not fixed.
Bedside light in both rooms not working. Fixed after 2 requests, then not bright enaough
Electric plug socket fouled by top of desk unit in double bed room
Toilet paper holder by washbasin instead of by toilet.
No "do not disturb" sign despite many requests.
Good Nespresso machine, but mug too tall to fit!
Large balcony, but no table and chairs. Just one old plastic upright chair.
Ceiling lights by TV with none over settee, so unable to read from there.

The place was very clean and spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and big balcony. The kitchen was well equipped with a dishwasher, etc. The air conditioning was nice upstairs in the bedroom but there was none downstairs in the living room and dining room. Accommodation was OK but room 101 was right next to the reception area and was too noisy with people checking out and using the pathway next to the room to roll big noisy bins full of luggage from before 7 am. Avoid room 101 like the plague!!
