very convenient location, walking distance to Southern Cross Station. Room looks clean but the cold water tap broken at the sink and the TV cannot change channels. One thing I really dislike was the storage for luggages after check out was unsecured. The staff would tell you to put in a room and tell you take all the valuable because the room is unsecured and everyone can go in and out freely.

overall a nice stay, we need a rollover bed for our friend, but they forgot to add, and always forgot to give us extra towel. room is clean, facilities are new, i will still recommend this for people coming to melbourne

The location is good. 10 min to city centre. A quiet location with nice restaurants aound. People at reception are nice. Deluxe room not so deluce. Housekeeping not so good. Air conditioner full of dust. Bathing soap not refilled until asked. Room only vacuumed every 2 days on requests. Housekeeping off early and once they forgot to clean the room,we need to throw rubbish ourselves.
