I booked an executive room with lounge access. The staff were polite and helpful, making our stay pleasant. The housekeeping was doing a great job in keeping the room and the whole hotel environment very clean. The lounge dinner was 5-course with a drink and the quality was excellent. The staff were upbeat and friendly. They also made delicious cocktails! The hotel is also within walking distance to the Xidan station which sits on two subway lines so it's very convenient. Lots of malls around also.
