Outside, there is a garden with furniture, and off-road parking. Within 2.5 miles, there is a shop, and within 1.3, a pub. Please note, this is a non-smoking and pet-free property. Award-winning Larkins Restaurant and Roy Breen Public House, as well as a convenience shop in Portroe, south of Garrykennedy, are some of the dining options in the area. Further attractions and utilities can be found in Nenagh, including Nenagh Castle, the Nenagh Heritage Centre, a cinema, and supermarkets.
