Unsafe and nasty. Live wires out for access. Room wasn't ready for check in. Hotel pictures don't match the hotel and staff even agreed the pictures deceived others. Went else where

Electrical room was broken. The room key was broken. Images do not appear TV. There is no curtain in the shower room.

Terrible Place to Stay

Cons: Tear it down and rebuild it.
Location: It's location is the ONLY thing it has going for it. Great location to all the shows and shopping.
Hotel room was dirty and had to be wiped down everywhere once we arrived. Hotel is dated, dingy, and smells. Breakfast was a joke - it was from 8-10am and was completely gone by 9am and served yesterday's biscuits. AWFUL! Went to check-out on Sunday morning around 7:45am and lobby was closed/locked up. How ridiculous is that. I wouldn't advise anyone to stay at this rundown hotel.

Not clean, toilet made noises all the time,kept running, faucet at the sink dripped all the time. No trash cans in the room We had to use a trash bag for our trash. We had to request a remote for our TV. On Saturday Evening the owner shows up at our room asking if we changed rooms she had us already checked out. Then couldn't find record of my name I had to tell her we were checked in the morning before like we were suppose to be. She then questioned our little dog we had in the room that we had permission to keep there thru the girl who checked us in. She suddenly acted as though they were not pet friendly but at the same time telling us the pet fee we will have to pay they forgot to charge We paid it but she wasn't friendly at all. We would of paid the fee up front if we had known about it. They are so unorganized. We left that Evening a day early. Also trash laying around outside on the grass in areas. Parking garage needed cleaning

I will not stay at this hotel again. It was dirty, I mean bugs on the roof dirty, and last person in my room their dirty towels were still in the bathroom. The breakfast really stunk as well.

nice hotel

room was nice clean when we went in they were very nice friendly breakfast was good one morning we had go ask for few things that had ran out but they came in as soon as my husband ask them it wasnt a ramanda inn but we wasnt paying for a high price it was a nice hotel we will plan on staying there again some our trips to smokeys

Pros: The girl at front desk was very nice and cheerful
Cons: There wasn't very many people at the motel and I feel like they could have given us a better room
The room was unfinished and had a big crack under door and on sign out front it said rooms for $29.99 and we paid more than that and what you quoted was not what they charged besides the extra 3 dollars they charged that you had to pay up front. The room was very drafty and the other rooms did not look as bad as ours did and was very loud room lots of street noise came through to inside. The tub was for a little person the shower head was so low you had to bend over to get the water on head and sink and tub looked dirty.

The Americana need major upgrades.

The Americana was recommended by Hotel. com as being a nice place to stay. The room that we were assigned had mildew under the sink. The next room was more suitable. We were never given enough towels, soap, tissues, and no shampoo, coffee, etc. one day one of the beds were not made up. The smoke alarm didn't have batteries. When we complained, we were given anything we needed. The one thing that was was good was a nice comfortable mattress. I would not recommend.

Expedia really jacked up the rate AND charged the motel 25% fee on top of the $25 premium from me. The double queen room only had 3 pillows. The breakfast had a waffle iron 'Out of Service' sign on it.
