“Property needs some major upkeep- owner was amazing for extension on us leaving a little later- biggest complaint is when we got into our room the smell of dog pee hit me so hard I was physically nauseous. We had to open the window to even be able to sleep- had we not have gotten into town so late we wouldn’t have stayed. Air fresheners were used to try and cover up the smell, but all it did was make it smell like lavender and dog pee. If you want to have a hotel where animals are allowed that……

“Main elevator was down the whole 4 days of our stay. Door lock on room needed to be replaced as card keys didn't work. No housekeeping was done for the 3 days we were there & ran out of towels/ toilet paper. When trying to call front desk after 2 rings a recording says front desk not available call back later. Very frustrating”

“My husband and I are truck drivers so we stay at different hotels every night. This was such a great stay. The room was wonderful, we walked in and it was already cold in the room, we didn't have to turn air on to cool it down. The bathroom and shower we super clean and actually had enough towels. The staff were wonderful too.”

“Great stay at the Tremont. Cayla the hostess was pleasant and helpful. JP and Jennifer were lively as well with pleasant conversation. I believe all our problems were handled well. I would ask that more electronic outlets would be added but the room was fresh and lovely. Diner was wonderful for coffee and breakfast. Bar and restaurant are just as good.”

“Great customer service some of the building is a bit dirty and the breakfast was great as well but the room wasn’t the best either the bathroom door was broken and the charger sports were broken etc overall a good stay oh and they tried to charge my card 3X times after the stay beware”

“Unfortunately, this hotel was very unkept I saw several cockroaches during my three day day. I’d originally booked seven but only could handle three. The room smelled heavily of smoke and the floors were so dirty that every time I walked my shoes stuck to the floor. There was a thick grime residual by the refrigerator that was coated in hair. The only reason why I am giving it. A two star is because that there were very friendly and nice, but overall the hotel itself was not.”
