Our room had not been thoroughly cleaned. We told the front desk and housekeeping was sent to clean. There was no daily housekeeping service. We had to ask for fresh towels. We were supposed to gather our own trash and take it out to a dumpster. We didn't take it to the dumpster, but gathered it and left it. The pool was an indoor/ outdoor combination and the water was too cold. The hot tub was ok. Our room overlooked a dumpster and an RV park. When checking in, there was no clear direction of what to do. There were two areas, but one group of clerks couldn't check people in because one desk was for concierge service and the other was check in. We had to wait about an hour to be checked in because there was a problem with Expedia payment even though we had a paid confirmation receipt. The clerk was helpful though. We arrived mid- September yet found almost everything closed for the season. I will stay in Bellingham or other area next time to enjoy water views.

It was beautiful! View outstanding. The pictures you have need to be updated. The outside looks nothing like the photos. Overgrown- weeds by the front door area and so much sand. Cliff we can tell has been slowly eroding. Next door the neighbors are loosing their yard. Your yard the fence dangerous. I would not have any children in yard. grassy and things including old tables and wire fencing laying around. Deck falling apart. Lots of sand- we understand but none cleaned up. Bbq horrible even though I asked if we can use it. Unusable and the fire table no propane tank just lying there. Inside good. Only we had to replace the batteries on the smoke detector. One of our washcloths in bathroom gross and bloody. Not goood. Had to ask for keys to garage was not in your book. We did see whales hanging in the area. I would not have pets there dangerous yard. Soo much sand out front. Could have been cleaned or swept for new guests arrival.
