Great stay, nice staff, perfect location.

The hotel is located only a few minutes' walk from the main square, which is ideal, but Kraków is such a walkable city that Kazimierz and Oskar Schindler's Factory are also easily reachable on foot if you want to get your steps in. The reception team are super friendly and helpful, and I would also recommend using the hotel's airport transfer service. It makes getting to and from the hotel incredibly easy, particularly if you are lucky enough to have Filip as your driver. He is friendly, engaging, and gives a great overview of the city as you drive through. I'd also recommend adding breakfast to your stay, as their breakfast is excellent.

A fantastic hotel from top to bottom. Clean as a whistle and well-presented. The food in the restaurant is lovely, I can recommend the papardelle with beef and my wife loved the beef tenderloin. A word of warning, they don't do bar snacks. We used the spa facilities, the pool and sauna were very relaxing. Finally, shout out to Kamila on the front desk who helped us book a taxi and who we had a fun conversation about tattoos with.

One of our favourite hotels ever. Gorgeous rooms, amazing food, exceptional staff, and the wee pool was the icing on the cake. We had a very lovely (child free) trip to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Krakow.
