The Grand is in a good location and lived up to expectations.
However, we were surprised to find the bed had no mattress cover which is not acceptable in today’s standards.
Also, there was no face cloth/flannel in the bathroom and the air conditioning did not work which is also disappointing considering the cost of the room (£200)

I would stay there again. However it would have been nice to have instructions on how to use the appliances. Had to figure out using chatgbt how to use dishwasher and washer/dryer. Could have had more kitchen garbage bags. There was just the one there and no others.
