“Room was dated ,Surrounding pool area was a mess TV was miss hung on the fireplace in a very odd position(should not have been there) There was a problem with the hot water to the in room Hot Tub. It only trickled at best it took one hour to fill up to 6 inches Big shower but no shower hooks anywhere for a towel or robe, Bathroom vanity was exceptionally small not really suitable for a woman and her stuff Sorry expected more!”

“This is one of the best places for off season renting. It"s quiet yet right on the beach so you can hear the waves. It was raining almost the whole time but we still had a great visit. Beds were very comfy and that is very important to me. The bathrooms were clean and updated. Kitchen was ok with an older coffee pot and sparse dishes,silverware. Lots of pots and pans. So, I'd say replace to coffee pot with a new one or Keurig and just an extra set of plates and silverware. We will be re-renting...

“This unit has all the conveniences of home. It's cozy but big enough for a large group, we had two adults and three children under the age of twelve. They, also have a front balcony where you leave all your items from the beach, which eliminates any sand in the condo. The Gold Coast is a few blocks away which has all the stores you need. Acme Market and restaurants are also close.”

“This little gem was in the BEST location for us. Early morning sunrise was half a block away from a pristine beach! Step right outside to hop on the OC bus which takes you in and out of all the action. The studio apt was very clean and had EVERYTHING we needed, including a FULL kitchen, washer and dryer, beach chairs and umbrella! The living room tv picture was too grainy to watch (baseball playoffs).. had to watch in the BR. In hall bath, the shower knob on the tub faucet was difficult to lift to activate the shower. “The place at the Quay was very nice and was described accurately. Only issue we had was the dryer would not dry clothes throughly (even with just a few pieces in the dryer). Also the upholstery had some stains on them but that may have been from previous renters. The condo was cleaned before check in. The View was great but staircase took a lot of getting used to. If someone had an leg injury they would not be able to use the steep staircase”
