"Hampton Inn was always my first choice for short stays when on a roadtrip. However, i have noticed that the accomodations have been more and more disappointing of late The frontdesk staff was great and the breakfast was as good as always. It was the room that was disappointing. The shower had a corroded ceiling tile, the bathroom sink backed up, one of the outlets didn’t wiork and the room was never made up."

"The hotel was overall clean. The room itself was excellent. The hallways were dated and gave off a musty, wet smell, but it was not present in the lobby area. One of the elevators was out and on the day we left, the other ONE working elevator was hit or miss. We stayed on the 4th floor so walking the steps (up and down) with luggage was not the most pleasant. Also, the ice machine on the 4th floor was broken, the 3rd floor was working but never had ice, so that caused for multiple trips (on the stairs) to the fifth floor. I'd be willing to stay here again if all other hotels were booked, but if another option was available at or near the same cost, I would likely choose another hotel. "

"We booked the king suite. Absolutely amazing stay! From start to finish! Must find a reason to stay longer! Could only ask for firmer pillows on the bed. "

"This place was very clean as well as our room. Our toilet tank was not flushing right and would fill up and overflow. They did come in and replaced the handle which helped but did overflow again after it was fixed during the night. We had to use every towel and they did not come in and clean the room and clean up the towels after we cleaned up the water. I thought the price for a Holiday Inn was a little pricey."

"The hotel is dated and sorely needs to be renovated. In our room, the bathroom floor tiles were broken and completely loose from the floor. This is a safety hazard, on top of looking terrible and being impossible to clean. The hotel carpets were brown, but still managed to look dirty. We went to look at the pool, and it looked like scum was floating on top, and there was hair floating in the hot tub. In the fitness room, the majority of the machines were out of order. Outside the hotel were lots of cigarette butts that had not been cleaned up, and trash in the lobby was not removed promptly. The only thing positive I can say is that the bed was comfortable. "

"The building is in terrible condition for the price I paid. No amenities. Some guy in an electric wheelchair and cigarette banging on my door at 10am asking me if I was staying. Terrible. Do not book here. "

"Overall, the hotel is so-so, not great, but not the worst either. Elevators were a little scary. Morning staff were not that nice, evening/afternoon staff were super nice. They don't let you hang out in the lobby, but they did let us use the conference room, so that was nice!"

"Did not use laundry it was always busy. The only thing that I had trouble with was controlling the room temperature. It was always cold despite the set up. "
