"This is one of the best Hilton’s have stayed. Literally near restaurants and shopping. Staff were so nice and accommodating. There is a spa in the hotel you have to book a day in advance. They have a 24 hour gym and a pool and hot tub. There is a restaurant in the hotel you can get food. The negative the pool is under 14 need parents with you anything else is fine. I booked for the pool. So many kids in the pool Sat and most of Sunday and teens. I couldn’t enjoy it nor did I try. I finally got to enjoy the pool area Sunday around 8:45 pm. The same two teens were in the gym around 14 years just doing stuff like sitting around and talking. We got in the pool they open the privacy curtain to be seen. We played them off. When that didn’t work they came in the pool area with their gym clothes no pool clothes just to get attention. One of which purposely walked to the hot tub were we were. They put get in and sat so we waited to see what would happen. She started to call her friend over to try to get a reaction. We decided to leave but we acted like we were ready to go. Soon as we started to leave they left. I really hope this establishment thinks about adult hours. Especially since there is a restaurant/bar inside. 6AM-8AM adult swim 18 on up and 8pm-10pm adult swim only 18 on up. Gym should be 16 on up out even 18 on up because kids or young teens could get hurt using equipment. Lobby hour"

"The room was clean, however the couch and bed were very comfortable. The elevators only half worked and it seemed very unsafe to ride at times. People were slamming doors and children were running up and down the halls screaming and yelling. The experience was the worst we have had overall compared to our other trips. "

"Nice hotel and in a great location if you're visiting short pump town center! Front desk staff was okay, hotel itself was nice and clean. Pool appeared to be small but it was decent, we didn't make the breakfast and I wasn't a fan of the $10 per night parking."

"everything seemed to work just fine. The building and the grounds are very nice and the staff is friendly and courteous. Our bed was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast has something for everyone and the staff ensures the warm food is warm and there’s plenty of it. "

"For the amount of money we paid for 2 nights we were very disappointed. The hotel is very old or sure looks like it. There was no hand soap. Only a teeny tiny bar of dove body soap. There was a small kitchenette w no hand towel or lids for your coffee. One working VERY slow elevator. Nothing special for the money we paid. "

"Property is old and not in the best condition. It was clean but dingy. The beds were soft but squeaky and dipped towards the middle. Hot water ran out during shower. Wifi was very spotty/slow. Front desk staff was friendly."

"dirty elevator wad down. Toilet woyld not flush. Shower looks as though nevetlr cleaned. Convention going on below our room so loueld could hear through floor. Will never stay again."
