“The house was very convenient to the beach, Aldi’s, Walmart, and local restaurants & shops. I wasn’t sure how private it was being a guest house, but I never felt that we didn’t have privacy. Our dogs enjoyed the little fenced in yard. We appreciated the updated bathroom and kitchen. The weather was so pleasant a small outdoor area would have been nice, and we missed not having a washer & dryer and dishwasher, but overall it was clean and cozy. We would stay there again! We loved the Cape,……

“This is not a "luxury" loft - it is adequate. There is no place to hang a jacket or hat, the furniture is sparce and although the kitchen is well stocked with plates, silverware and cooking utensils, there is not so much as a dish towel or saltshaker or other kitchen odds and ends that make a place more homey. Also - the "balcony" is pretty much unusable. The location is great - it's walking distance to everything along Thames St. But given its deficits I would not recommend it.”

“We had a great time at the Starfish suite. Clean, well-equipped, and great communication from the host. Steps to a gorgeous and not too crowded beach. We had a great couple of beach days. The building itself is not new and can definitely hear your neighbors, but everyone was kind and respectful. We had a great time.”

“It was loud with the people upstairs but nice clean ! Parking a big plus”

“Perfect location for exploring Newport area. Thames street easy walk to prime restaurant and shopping.Very very nice 3 BR condo, comfortable loving room. Easy access parking. Great beds great showers.”

“location was great although it was loud at night in the weekends even with the windows closed ”

“Perfect getaway! The location was perfect. Walking distance to all the cute shops, restaurants and cafe on Thames. Loved that it was just walking distance to the marina! I would absolutely love to go back again!”

“Great location in the heart of Newport—just a five-minute walk to the wharf, restaurants, and everything else you would want to enjoy. The property has been freshly renovated, is well equipped, and had everything we needed. The beds and bedding were especially comfortable, and the check-in process was seamless. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Great place at the opposite end of Thames St. 5 minute walk to restaurants and shopping. Apartment accurately described. Matthew is a great host and extremely responsive. Will stay there again when I go back.”

“A gorgeous unit in a perfect location! ”

“Great location Clean and spacious condoEasy parking”

“We loved this property, and its location. Was decorated beautifully and beds were very comfortable. Had a few minor hiccups that we had to contact property management, they acted very quickly and we were very pleased..”

“Clean, great location, easy access”

“The walls are thin and the noise from the loft above us made sleep impossible. The property was clean, the beds were comfortable and the location is great but the noise leaves a lot to be desired.”

“Very nice apartment. Everything was very fresh and new. Fabulous showers.”

“Gorgeous apartment in a perfect location! Super-comfy beds, great showers, and very stylish open-concept family room/kitchen. Loved that we had easy parking and could bring our dog with us. All-in-all, we had a wonderful stay for Newport Jazz!”

“Great location, very clean, easy parking, very comfortable beds. Shelly was very friendly and helpful at check in. This rental is similar to a timeshare rental without certain things that might be needed if you were spending a week. For example -only a keurig, no drip coffee maker. A coffee enthusiast can’t deal with that!!! Please remember to bring any cling wrap, foil or storage containers as there are none in the kitchen. The dishwasher was broken. but hopefully will be repaired between……

“Our stay at the Newport Lofts was great. It was in a good location near the port and the shops and restaurants. The Loft was very nice and clean. Lots of room. A nice kitchen. Open living area. Nice bedrooms with baths. The outside porch was nice. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend it. ”

“Exactly as advertised. Place was super cute and clean. Location can’t be beat but it is loud at night in the front bedroom. 2 parking spaces across the street were beyond convenient. Would absolutely stay here again!”
