The entertainment needs to be a little more developed

It was an awesome experience staying at Princess Grand. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurants are spacious, with a beautiful ambiance and delicious food. I did not try the Italian, but the Jamaican and Mexican were great. There are numerous activities to choose from. I did use the games room but it is well equipped and any gamer would find something they like. The gym is also well equipped with a wide range of equipment to choose from. My only disappointment was the beach. It is not reflective of the beautiful beaches that Jamaica is known for. I took my snorkeling gear and did not use it. Everything else made up for the lack of a beautiful beach. If you are not just going for nice sand between your toes and crystal clear water to snorkel in, Prince Grand is a great option for your next vacation. Every thing else (room, facilities, food, entertainment, and staff) is top notch.

Enjoyed my stay; rooms and resort was beautiful. The staff was helpful and friendly. The one area that requires improvement is the evening dining; the themed restaurants are beautiful and trendy; however I was not impressed with food quality throughout my entire stay! The best food options are the snack bar, main buffet, and coffee shop. The biggest disappointment was the Jamaican restaurant in Jamaica!! Come on- you have to get that part corrected immediately!
