This home offers an open floor plan with a cathedral ceiling over the family area with a stone fireplace (gas) to welcome and warm you. Hang out in the family area on the couch and watch a movie on the flat screen or play the games that are located in the closet under the stairs. You will find an inviting main bedroom and full bath on the first floor that will suit two people in a queen size bed with a walk in closet and two large dressers. There is also a half bath on the main floor. We supply bedding and towels. Upstairs you will be able to sleep two people in the room to the right offering a queen size bed and at least five people in the bedroom to the left offering two full size beds and a twin. There is a full bath upstairs as well that will accommodate those guests. The kitchen is open for all of your cooking needs with an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. There is spacious open dining area to enjoy a meal with family and friends or sit up at the counter bar with your morning coffee. Feel free to enjoy the solitude while grilling outside on the wrap around deck. Relax at the outdoor dining set which seats 6 or get some shade under the powered awning. Take in all the sounds of serenity of the AuSable River in view and maybe catch a glimpse of some of Mother Nature's beautiful creatures. Enjoy sitting on the deck listening to the sound of the waterfall feature. Roast some marshmallows around the fire pit. Let's not forget the laundry room offering a washer and dryer for your laundry needs. Right outside the laundry room is a two car attached garage where you may pull your vehicles in, with plenty of large parking area outside for multiple vehicles, horse trailers, snowmobile trailers and ATV trailers. We also offer two baby gates to protect your little ones and a large dog kennel for your dog. Your stay has endless options and great adventures that we hope you will enjoy year after year. This home is located within minutes of just about anything you may have in mind.
