The Greenhouse is an all original 1930 Cottage with beadboard and hardwood but upgraded appliances, heating, plumbing and all. Beautiful tile in kitchen and bath and refinished hardwoods throughout. Comfortable and fun vintage furnishings. Enjoy the back deck overlooking 1/2 acre backyard full of busy birds and squirrels and a roof that sings when it rains! Large lot and ample parking for 2+ cars. Walking and bicycling distance from stores and restaurants. Secluded and private backyard. Great location to downtown, HPU, restaurants and all local attractions. Walking distance to several eateries.

Highpoint Visit
We had a very nice trip to the area and the house was conveniently located for our purposes. It’s a lovely little house with a lot of cute and kitschy decor and Jane was very helpful when we had an issue with the wifi.
