Great breakfast and amble brunch options on Sunday. AC kept the room very comfortable

Absolutely gorgeous property. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Everything is impeccable; the bed is comfortable. The staff is prompt and efficient. We tried different restaurants in the property and everything was delicious, both food and cocktails! The area is very walkable and safe. You can easily reach the historic center in about 15-17 minutes, walking leisurely. Great views from the rooftop! Our only "negative" comment is that our room was very hot, even with the air conditioner - which was supposedly at max, but wasn't really cooling the room. At night, it was easier to open the windows to reach a comfortable temperature. During the day that was just not feasible. It's only April, so I assume the room would get even hotter in the summer. Puebla didn't normally reach such hight temperatures, but with climate change, Banyan Tree might need to invest in a better cooling system. Other than that, we'd absolutely return - but maybe only in the winter months. 😉
