We had a great stay overall, and would stay here again in future. It was a lovely, well appointed unit very true to listing and photos in a very convenient location close to many, many tram lines. Cornelia was friendly, and even complimented my ring. Air conditioned room was a great plus. The room is clean and spacious. The hotel is directly in front of central station making it so convenient to get to if traveling by train. Additionally, I forgot to bring my power outlet adapter. Luckily, the front desk had plenty for me to borrow. But the worst thing is that we didn`t get breakfast AT ALL, even though it was also clearly stated as included in the listing. In actual fact we didn`t even see or meet anyone there. NO breakfast kind of ruined it. Even the hot drinks machine wasn`t available, empty trays and food containers... Be aware when you book."
