has a king bed and opens onto the balcony overlooking the beach. The
middle bedroom has two twin beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed
and opens onto the wrap-around balcony that overlooks the bay. Each
bedroom has its own bathroom and flat screen television. This unit can
comfortably sleep eight people thanks to the new sofa bed in the den.

condominium units in two modern, well-maintained and beautifully
landscaped nine-story buildings. The property is managed and
maintained by a very active homeowners association, with an on-site
property manager and security/courtesy officers on-site nights and
