“The staff were very friendly. Our booked hot air balloon ride was canceled unfortunately, but the staff helped us find another available balloon flight, allowing us to proceed as planned. Additionally, due to the delay in the hot air balloon schedule, we missed out on the hotel breakfast, but the staff prepared sandwiches for us. “This is truly the best place to stay in Cappadocia. From the front desk to the breakfast staff, everyone was incredibly accommodating and attentive. "We had an amazing experience at Ada Cave Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff's warmth and professionalism made us feel very welcome. Everyone—from the front desk to the breakfast staff—was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We especially appreciated the thoughtful gesture of offering us the welcome fruit again after we initially missed it—it was a lovely touch. Communication via WhatsApp was seamless, making it very convenient for us. We’re also grateful for the prompt assistance when we forgot our towel after check-out, and we want to thank the cleaning staff for their help. One of the highlights of our stay was seeing how much the hotel cares for the local cats. Meeting the beautiful long-haired cat and spotting the pregnant calico on your IG posts warmed our hearts. It’s wonderful to see the kindness extended to the animals in the area. Overall, it was a memorable stay that exceeded our expectations. We would definitely love to return in the future!"
