“We stayed in the middle of February. It was a Gorgeous hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms, multiple restaurants & in the heart of town. Couldn’t ask for more! We had a photoshoot in one of the lobby rooms because it was so beautiful. There’s a rock castle directly across the street. If we find ourselves here in the summertime, we’d definitely choose this place again. “The room was very clean and big! The breakfast was very good and fresh! Great coffee! The staff was amazingly friendly and very polite! They did everything they could to make your stay awesome! And Barney the cat was also awesome! The owner was so sweet and asked me if I needed anything, her hotel is really cute and you really feel like you took a step back in time, but she made the rooms very homey and very comfortable! “酒店很早就發訊息給我們確定我們的行程，之後一直幫我們安排在卡帕多奇亞的節目。服務超級貼心，我們完全不用擔心交通和時間安排，全部節目（包括熱氣球、red/green tour、turkish night、騎馬）有接駁巴來往，很適合第一次來卡帕多其亞旅行的旅客。我們很多行程都是臨時起意的，包括熱氣球也因為天氣原因在第一天沒有去成，但酒店員工的應對都很迅速，即日就幫我們預訂了明天的熱氣球，省去了很多溝通的麻煩，nice job！
房間也很舒適漂亮，我們很喜歡按摩浴缸和陽台的觀景，外面看出去ortahisar castle及周圍的景觀一覽無遺，一天的疲勞過後泡上一個美美的泡泡浴，開罐啤酒吹下冷風chill上一會，像是為一天宣告完美的落幕。酒店也設有外賣服務，如果太累不想出去，完全可以在房間scan qr code下單，非常貼心。總的來説無可挑剔，完美服務，舒適享受！”

“The staff were very friendly. Our booked hot air balloon ride was canceled unfortunately, but the staff helped us find another available balloon flight, allowing us to proceed as planned. Additionally, due to the delay in the hot air balloon schedule, we missed out on the hotel breakfast, but the staff prepared sandwiches for us. Every corner of the hotel has great spots for photos, and at checkout, they even gave us a souvenir. Highly recommend this hotel!”
