The hotel was good but unfortunately they didn’t upgrade us Also they promised us the comfort ride of balloon 20 people but we were in 28 people balloon Not a big deal but I don’t like breaking the promise

Spacious and Clean, Quality hotel
Clean, and spacious rooms with good amenities. Room was a bit cold in the night in spite of the heaters, because of the lack of insulation around doors and windows. Overall very good experience. Friendly staff, can communicate in English. Very helpful. They arranged the hotel pick up and RED tour around Goreme. Nice location. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Highly recommended for couples and families.

Cute and cozy rooms, with all you need (except a mirror in the washroom) Very friendly staff, kind and helpful. Turan patiently explained all the tours and excursions. He and his team made everything easy during our stay. Breakfast was really nice, with lots of options. Soraya and Fatemeh baked fresh cakes and yummy omelette everyday. Location of the hotel was perfect. All in all we had a very pleasant stay. Thank you Cappadocia Caves Hotel
