“The little house was better than expected. Very clean. Full kitchen, dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge with ice maker. A/C worked wonderfully. Nice deck to sit on (bring your own chairs). The price for the house was more than fair. Just a short walk to the beach. It is in a great location. Plenty of restaurants close by. Mark is a wonderful host and such a nice man. I would recommend staying there and will stay there again.”

“the house was perfect for the two of us. Outside shower was clean (even has a mirror) and underside of house was set up for rainy days and was clean and comfortable (except for mosquitoes which we all must learn to live with). Small but efficient kitchen with all appliances in great working order. Excellent WIFI connection. Only complaint was being too old or dumb to use ROKU/SLING for TV. It took forever to find current evening news. Who watches last nite's evening news anyway?? Not a big……

“Our Southern Comfort cabana was perfect! Exactly what we needed for our vacation. Literally seconds from the beach! Questions were answered asap via text, even as we arrived at 3am! We will continue to use Vacasa!”

“The house was exactly as shown in the pictures, the rooms were spacious and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. There were plenty of puzzles, games for kids. The roof top deck was our favorite deck at night for the sunsets. We saw a momma deer with her babies, frogs, ducks, and lots of turtles, the wild life was a plus.
