“Room wasnt the biggest but perfectly formed. Only disappointment was the shower was over a bath - difficult for me being slightly disabled to get in & out of. ”

Two breakfast buffet offerings advertised, continental £12.95 and hot £16.95 but on the first day there was no hot buffet. Hot food was ordered a la carte from the kitchen (plated) and price remained £16.95 regardless of what was ordered. Surely pricing should have been adjusted. Overall a very pleasant stay but if you're a senior or someone with disabilities……

“Very disappointing overall. Upon arrival, the receptionist couldn’t find our booking because it had been accidentally deleted by the reservation team. Thankfully, a helpful manager eventually provided us with a room. The room itself was quite small, with tiny beds and a poor layout. The bathroom had a large, unused empty space, while the main room barely had enough space to place luggage on the floor. There was no fridge, and the decoration was very basic and uninspiring.
