“This property has no Air Conditioning. Listing says it has heat but there is no mention of AC. There is no kitchen or dishwasher. It does have a small oven to heat food. The small 1/2 bath has a musty smell and the storm door will only open enough to get in the door. The sheets were clean and beds comfortable. The toilets flushed but sometimes took more than ome attempt and had to wait several minutes for the tank to refill. Overall l was disappointed.”

“Great, they thought of everything! ”

“Cute as can "bee"!! Peaceful and quiet. Enjoyed having dogs visit. My teenage daughter wanted to adopt them both, lol. Only suggestion would be for a sturdy ladder for upper loft bed. Daughter struggled a bit to climb to it.”

“Very nice guest house. It was perfect for a place to stay and recover after backpacking. I would 100% book again if I'm want to stay near Durango”

“The property was very clean and easily accessible just off the road through town. The host was accessible and around outside fairly regularly because this place is just behind their home. The host is a very nice mother of several growing kids and was ready to help as needed.”

“The roo.s need an update”

“Love this place! Over the top. We were there for a bittersweet occasion and this place gave us a safe haven to accommodate our family and relax”
