"The staff is always super nice and welcoming, I did have a weird situation happen in my room where after it got cleaned in came in and found one of my earrrings that before i left was zipped in my jewlery box and when i came back it was in the toilet. ALso there isnt locks on the door on any of the levels so i felt uncomforatbale that somone could enter my room through the window"

Did not tell us underground parking in demolition.. needless to say we left to another hotel. Do better Holiday Inn. Also get a friendly desk attendant. Horrible experience! "
