“We booked a room on with two beds on Expedia and got a reservation I’m with one bed and a very worn out pull out couch. Bathroom was functional. Super thin walls and there was just a thin door between us and the condo next to us. We heard loud music and loud talking while our neighbors were getting ready to go out and then loud talking until 2am. Around midnight my husband went to talk to them. They changed nothing. “Could I give less than zero stars? We did not receive the code for a/the-room at all, until hours after I called the owners number and left a message as the motel does not have a staff or an office! After a hour sitting in the parking lot trying to get help, we left. Wish it would be listed on the Expedia site that the motel is not manned at all. I also texted the owner with no reply. Called Expedia customer service.. what a joke. All they wanted us to do was sign up for a gift card……
