Stay for The Heritage Golf Tournament
The location was perfect for access to the beach and was a short drive to The Heritage golf tournament. Villa had everything we needed.

Perfect trip
I really liked how main area and bedrooms were separate . Very clean. Loved the pool being steps away from our deck. Close to beach. They also had beach cart, chairs , which was nice would stay again!

Girls Trip
Great property! We love the location - close to the beach and Coligny. Very clean and well equipped. Beds were super comfy. Nice to walk right out to the pool from the deck. Definitely recommend!

Great spot, close to the beach!
We had a lovely stay here and would highly recommend it to others looking for a great place on Hilton Head! Our hosts were easy to communicate with and provided all details we needed to make our stay perfect. The place itself is literally pool front so that was a really nice aspect. The walk to the beach is a really close one and pleasant. We had a super easy time finding great restaurants within a few minutes drive of the condo. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again if we have the chance! Thanks for a wonderful moms getaway!!

A unit with a pool view
This property is close to everything. Easy walk to beach and Coligny Plaza, which has many shops and very good restaurants. The pool is right in front of the unit and it was great having a grill on the deck. The bathrooms are small but manageable for the short time we were there. Everything we needed for cooking (the few times we cooked) was in the kitchen. Loved the dual coffee machine. We did have problems with the toaster. It should be replaced. But overall we enjoyed our time in this unit.

Sea Scape Villa
We enjoyed our stay in a unit that had close, easy access to the beach. The property manager was a tremendous help answering questions for us. The unit is old and could use a touch up, and the only thing I would share is that it is perfect for a young couple. My wife and I are both in our 70's, and since both bathrooms were upstairs, we had to walk a little more than usual. The property is in a great location.

Great place!
The condo was clean and super accessible to the beach.. Just a couple minutes walk across the street. We loved the easy pool access too and used that a lot. We also loved the beach cart and umbrella that was available for use in the closet. Communication with the property manager was quick and efficient. Would definitely stay here again!

Cute Condo/Not Clean
We loved the location of this cute little condo. The beach wagon, umbrella, and chairs were perfect. Enjoyed the pool and deck, too! Unfortunately every surface in the house was dirty when we arrived, so we spent the first hour with four adults sweeping, mopping, and wiping counters. They did offer to send the cleaners back, but it would have been a few hours before they were available and I’m not sure their cleaners know how to clean.

Our stay was wonderful and the immediate beach and pool access was the best part! I did want to mention the beds were not as comfortable as we'd thought they'd be and the 2 fulls had dips in them. Other than that we loved our stay!

Great Location!
We enjoyed our stay. This place is very conveniently located. It's just a block from the beach and also near restaurants, shopping and other attractions. There's a lovely pool just off the back deck. Manager was easy to reach and quick to respond.

The only thing we would have a complaint about is the size of the bathrooms and that they are both located upstairs. That would not keep us from staying here again though! Excellent location! Perfect for a family of 4 or 5!

Memorial Day 2022
We travel to HHI to meet our daughter who lives in Orlando 3 to 4 times a year. Familiar with South Forest area, but first time at this unit. Description and communication are spot on! If your surprised by the bathroom sizes, you haven't read the reviews. Will stay here again. Thank you!

Clean comfortable and quiet.
May 2022. Effortless check in. AC was set at 72. Kitchen is well equipped. We spent a lot of time on the deck overlooking the pool. Great location. A 15 min. walk to Coligny.

Perfect Place!
Property is exactly as pictured and described. Spent a long ‘Girls Weekend’ here and we loved the place! Pool and deck were amazing, the kitchen had everything we needed (but groceries ☺️), bedrooms were clean and comfortable and while the bathrooms were small, they were tidy and functional. Definitely would stay here again!

Perfect Getaway
This property was in an ideal location for its proximity to the beach as we as shopping and dining. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. As others have stated, the bathrooms are quite small but other than that, it was a great place.

Cute condo
Cute condo across the street from the beach (cannot see beach from this side of road) has a private walk access to beach with private restrooms which was nice. Condo has direct pool access. Never made it in the pool though. About 45 mins to an hour to Savannah. We made that trip about 4 times when we were there. Great vacation area. Bathrooms are both upstairs and some is really small. Overall though a great place.

My husband and I loved this property. It was clean and beautiful. Bedrooms we’re beautiful and master looks down on pool. We had everything we needed if we wanted to cook or grill at the condo/townhouse-utensils, Plastic wrap, aluminum foil, baggies…everything we needed. Cabinets were fully stocked with cups, beautiful plates, coffee maker. We were so happy with location, 5 minute walk to beach and beach walkway was right at our condo. Pool is just off the porch. We were so close to Coligny Plaza…bottom line we could not have been happier! Thank you for opening your condo to us.

Great condo and location! But…
Enjoyed our stay, condo very clean and the location was very convenient! However, the bathrooms are TINY. Hard to maneuver. My husband is 6’4” and had much difficulty taking a shower and actually sitting on the toilet! Otherwise, we loved it! Great stay and affordable :)

The unit was as advertised, close to the beach, clean, well decorated, and comfortable for our group. The communication with the owner was great and check-in and check-out was easy. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies. Lovely back deck overlooking the pool. We would stay here again.

Very Nice
V nice condo. Five minute walk to beach and about 15 minute walk to Coligny Plaza. Deck overlooking the pool also very nice. Bedrooms and bathrooms both on second floor so make a note if that"s an issue for you. On the flip side there's no noise from above unless you're making it yourself. The bathroom we used was very tight but it was ok. Washer and dryer in unit very helpful. A few beach chairs, beach umbrella and cooler in closet is a nice perk. Overall enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend to friends.

Perfect place and great location!
We were so lucky to find this place and stay here! Everything was perfect and we felt so at home. The location of the villa within Seascape is great! So easy to walk right to the beach and easy to run back to if you need something. Having the pool steps outside of the unit was wonderful too. The place is nicely decorated and has everything we could ask for. Can’t wait to go back!

Great location!
This was a very nice property, we enjoyed our stay, it had everything we needed. We were most thankful for the beach chairs, umbrella, wagon and cooler. When you fly, you obviously can't bring these items, so we LOVED this. Easy in and out of the condo. 2nd bathroom is very small. Like REALLY small. Bedrooms are good size and living area is nice. Owner was responsive to questions. We had no issues at all. Pool right outside deck was wonderful and walkable to beach. Could probably benefit from some deep cleaning of fans and upper surfaces and such, but other than that no complaints! Thanks for a lovely vacation spot!

We had a fantastic stay! The condo was nice. It was roomy for the 4 of us. It was great having the kitchen for meals. It was helpful having the washer/dryer. We enjoyed the pool. It was just a few steps from the deck. It was a short walk to the ocean.

Great location!
Villa was great! Was clean, shower curtains have been replaced and combo lock as well! Location couldn’t be beat, right near path to beach and just steps from the pool. Reviewers were not kidding about bathroom size(think tiny house lol). But we made due just fine. Overall great little unit!

Great location
This was a great stay for family vacation. Location was amazing. Yes there are a few inconveniences, one key for front door, 2nd handheld shower head just hangs.... but outside of those minor things the stay and facility was a place we would vacation again.

Great place!!!
We stayed late May 2021 in HHI and had a fabulous time! This was our 2nd time staying in this villa, we love how close it is to the beach, bike trails and most importantly that pool is right outside our patio! The villa has everything you need. Definitely hope to stay again next year!

Great location, needs deep clean and updates
The location was wonderful! Great access to pool and beach! The rental came with a beach wagon and some chairs! The living area was nice but there was sand and crumbs on table upon arrival. A larger trash can and new blinds would make a huge difference. The keypad did not work upon arrival and one key was left for us to use. The upstairs needs major improvements. Both shower curtains were moldy, shower rack was rusty. The bed frames were loose. With some deep cleaning, a few new items, and maybe updated towels/ rags, it would be perfect!

Just right for the price
a few minor complaints, but overall this was just right. I stayed here 3 nights with my mom and the size and location were perfect for us - 2 bedrooms (1 with 2 full size beds, 1 with a king), 2 bathrooms (small, but find) and a great living area and deck. Pool was right out the backdoor and beach was a pretty easy walk (across the street and down a path) and owner provided beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, etc which was super convenient. Shops, restaurants, etc are an easy walk away in coligny and bike rentals are readily available within a block or two. Only 2 complaints are the keyless entry did not work well (worked only once the whole time we were there) so we used a key, but only one was provided, which was an issue if we were coming and going. This is a matter of security, so it really needs to be addressed. The other is very minor updates in the bathrooms (touchup paint, replace rusty shower curtain rods & hooks, very used shower curtains, etc) would make a world of difference. King bed was a little squeaky and full beds were a little hard, but overall the place was great. I appreciated the quiet, secluded feel of it, while being so accessible to all the Coligny area has to offer.

Close To Beach
We are two couples who rented this property with the intent of exploring HHI as a potential retirement spot. The villa was located close to the beach which was easily accessible via a shaded path. Overall, the location was 5 stars and a short walk or bike ride to Coligny Park, restaurants, stores and entertainment. The main floor of the villa was clean and spacious for 4 adults, included a well stocked kitchen and lovely deck with grill. The pool was right off the deck which could be a pro or con depending on how much noise from children you can tolerate. We were OK with it most of the time and would give the main floor 4 stars. The upstairs gets a 3 star rating due to the really small bathrooms and the bed in the master which creaked loudly whenever you rolled over. Both bedrooms were spacious with natural light and overhead fans. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Great location, poor communication and cleanliness
Lots of great things about this place. Easy walk to the beach, lots of beach supplies, right next to the pool. But when we got there I found a prescription pill from the last guests on the bedside table and hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower. It just makes me wonder what else wasn’t properly cleaned. When I reached out about it I got not response which I thought was unacceptable. However, outside of that it was a pleasant stay.
